Healthy Real Estate Cycle

The real estate market is showing a good and healthy expansion. According to chief economist of NAR, there is no boom. What other people are calling a runaway housing market that can’t be sustained; he calls a health real estate cycle. Outlooks for next year suggest that 2005 can be a record year. Economists are saying that if the economy and interest rates continue to cooperate that we could ride this good cycle into the next decade.
