Go Platinum By The End Of April

The Las Vegas Sun reported in January about new hotel concepts for Las Vegas condos.

It also reported that the first near the Strip condos are scheduled to open in the first half of 2006. One of those is the Platinum.

The Platinum, an $85 million condo- hotel property is scheduled to be completed by the end of April. This based on the report from the Las Vegas Condos Convention and Visitors Authority online construction report.
