Economies Benefit From Market Transitions

According to NAR we should be seeing some local home prices fall. The report that NAR released says that Las Vegas home prices are expected to continue to have a limited fall throughout 2006.

NAR has also reported that we should see the our market transition from a sellers’ market to a buyers’ market.

This being said we should also see local economies perk up due to this transition and also reports of lower mortgage interest rates should contribute.
