Continuing Decrease In Las Vegas Homes Prices

NAR has given testimony that they feel that housing prices are expected to continue to have a limited fall throughout the year 2006.

Las Vegas real estate is also expected to see a decline in sales prices. Throughout the year there has been an ongoing battle with home prices. In addition to the testimony of falling prices, NAR also noted that it appears that the seller’s market is transitioning to a buyer’s market.

This will give a much needed boost in areas like Las Vegas where the market has taken a hit. NAR says that this transition will be healthy for some local economies. The local market and economy is no doubt one of those.
