Six stories with pools and garden patios and away from the central entertainment corridor. It seems that since prices have increased for Las Vegas property and for homes that builders are eyeing land closer to the downtown Las Vegas.

Las Vegas developers say that these projects are designed for those people who want to live close to work and don’t mind sacrificing backyards for community parks and lower prices.
