A Turn For The Worst

According to Robert Smith of Home Builders Research, we are not seeing a reformed real estate market.

Smith has suggested for several months that prices would be flat at best and could even turn negative towards the end of the year.

These reports are in direct conflict with rumors that the Las Vegas housing market could see record breaking sales towards the end of this year.

Smith says, "We’ve reached the flat part, and now we have got three months to see if it’s going to stay that way or get worse", he continues, "Get ready for some negatives".

Consumers interested in purchasing Las Vegas property are scrambling and hoping that Smith’s prediction is incorrect. Many analysts predict that it will be heart breaking news for those following the market.
