Apartment Prices On The Rise In Las Vegas

According to a new report from Real Facts real estate research firm, local housing is experiencing large increases in apartment rents.

In fact they are experiencing the third largest increase on the west coast, second only to Phoenix and Orange County, CA.

According to the report, in March the average apartment cost for Las Vegas was $834, which is up 6% from last year.
