Many analysts are speaking out, only this time they are not promoting the local real estate market, they are saying look forward for doom and gloom in the future of the market.

Steve Bottfeld of Marketing Solutions has made it clear that he believes that anyone wanting to argue about home prices dropping towards the end of the year are doomed to disappointment.

Bottfeld says that we haven’t seen the decline thus far this year and it is unlikely that we will see it in the last three months of the year.
